TheYogiZen was founded on the belief that in today’s busy and uncertain world we could all benefit from taking a step back and creating some time for our mind, body and spirit. When my ex-wife and I divorced we both realized that we needed to take the time to heal ourselves emotionally, spiritually and physically because we still had two daughters to raise together and they deserved having two parents who were present and amicable. Yoga and meditation played a huge role in both of our lives by helping us focus our minds and connect with our inner selves so we could move forward in a positive fashion.
